This Privacy Policy explains how NeyraX (“we”, “us”, “NeyraX”, operating neyrax.com) collects, uses and protects your information. By using our website or software you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We may collect:
- › Contact details you provide (e.g. email address).
- › Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- › A license key and a hardware identifier (HWID) used only to validate and protect your license.
- › Your Discord ID, if you join our community server.
- › Basic technical/usage data (e.g. app version, error logs) to keep the product working.
How we use your information
To deliver and license the software, validate your subscription, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run NeyraX: our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and Discord if you use our community. These providers process data under their own policies. We share data with authorities only where legally required.
Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses minimal first-party measurement to understand which pages lead to a purchase. We record aggregated page views, 30-second engagement, pricing views, checkout clicks, purchases, subscription renewals and cancellations. A random browser-session identifier is used to count daily visitors; it is not an account and does not contain your name or email. First-touch source and landing-page information is stored in a 30-day cookie so a purchase can be attributed to its source. Aggregated funnel totals are retained for up to 400 days. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers or sell this data.
Optional gameplay data contribution
NeyraX includes an opt-in setting that lets you help improve our AI vision. It is off by default. If you turn it on, the app may upload anonymized in-game frames and detection data (screen captures of gameplay and the model’s outputs) so we can retrain and improve enemy detection. These contributions are not linked to your identity, are used only to train and evaluate our models, and are never sold. You can turn this off at any time in the app, and you may ask us to delete previously contributed data.
