- › A license key and a hardware identifier (HWID) used only to validate and protect your license.
- › Your Discord ID, if you join our community server.

How we use your information
To deliver and license the software, validate your subscription, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run Neyrax: our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and Discord if you use our community. These providers process data under their own policies. We share data with authorities only where legally required.
Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
