These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neyrax software, the neyrax.com website, and related services (“Neyrax”). By purchasing, downloading or using Neyrax, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Neyrax.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription or purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Neyrax on a single device (enforced by a hardware identifier). You do not own the software; you are licensed to use it.
2. Restrictions
You may not share, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute Neyrax, its license keys or its AI models; reverse-engineer, decompile, decrypt or tamper with the software or models; or use Neyrax to build a competing product. Violations terminate your license without refund.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscription plans (e.g. weekly, monthly) renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time plans (day pass, lifetime) are billed once.
4. Refund policy
Because Neyrax is a digital product with a license key delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued, activated or the software has been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem, contact support first — we will try to make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in a permanent ban.
5. Assumption of risk & disclaimer
Neyrax is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. You use Neyrax at your own risk. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party game, platform or service you use it with, and you accept that using third-party software may carry risks, including account restrictions imposed by those services. Neyrax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game or platform.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyrax and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the software, including any action taken against your third-party accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately for breach of these Terms, sharing or abuse, fraudulent payment or chargebacks, with no refund.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
